These are the categories against which the organisation records and reports.
Virtual engagement activity
Volume and reach of HIV messaging delivered through virtual spaces, tracked against project targets under the NICERIVERS mechanism.
Referral activity
Number of confidential referrals generated from virtual engagement into testing, prevention and treatment services, and referral completion where consented follow-up is possible.
Community-Led Monitoring cycles
Monitoring rounds completed, facilities covered, and feedback reports shared with state agencies and service providers.
Capacity building
Trainings delivered to community monitors, virtual navigators and savings groups, with attendance and competency records maintained.
Stakeholder engagement
Documented engagements with government agencies, implementing partners and community networks, including project launch and review meetings.
Deliverable compliance
Timeliness and completeness of reporting against PEPFAR mechanism requirements.

Collaboration on HIV service delivery linkages for clients referred from virtual engagement.

Collaboration on the ECEWS SPEED Project, strengthening community-led HIV services and paediatric ART outcomes in Delta, Osun and Ekiti States under CDC/PEPFAR support.
