Funding mechanism
PEPFAR
The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief funds the NICERIVERS Project under which PCI delivers virtual HIV messaging and Community-Led Monitoring in Rivers State.
PEPFAR agency
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
CDC is the PEPFAR implementing agency associated with the mechanism supporting the NICERIVERS Project and the ECEWS SPEED Project.

ECEWS (Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme)
Partner on the ECEWS SPEED Project (Strengthening Community-Led HIV Services and Paediatric ART Outcomes in Delta, Osun and Ekiti States), implemented under CDC/PEPFAR support. PCI strengthens CBO capacity for community-led HIV care, treatment, support, retention and paediatric ART outcomes.
