What we collect
Through this website we collect only the information you submit in the enquiry or newsletter forms: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message content. Website forms open your own email client; no message content is stored on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry or to send updates you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where legally required.
Programme data
Data collected during programme activities — including virtual engagement, referrals and community-led monitoring — is handled under the confidentiality and data-protection requirements of the relevant funder and Nigerian law. Client identities are not disclosed in group settings or public reporting.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@premiumcareinitiative.org.
